How registration works here
We use two separate registration routes, each with its own job. One gives you access to our Northampton venue in person. The other activates your online account on the wider Grosvenor platform. Both are straightforward, but they are not identical and mixing them up usually just slows things down.
If your plan is to visit the club itself, you can simply arrive and register when you get here. There is no need to complete anything online before you walk through the door. If you want to play on the digital platform, that is handled by a dedicated online sign-up. It helps to be clear on which one you actually need before you start.
Joining at the Northampton venue
Walk-in visits are completely acceptable for normal visits. You do not need an appointment or any kind of advance booking. Our reception team manage the whole registration for you when you arrive, and under usual circumstances it only takes a few minutes.
What you need to do on the day:
- Come along during operating hours - our Northampton casino is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
- On arrival, go to the reception desk at the main entrance.
- Present a valid ID. A UK driving licence or other official government-issued identification is fine.
- If you have turned up without a physical ID, a debit card can sometimes be used as part of the checks.
- Our staff will input and confirm your details on the system there and then, and approve your membership.
- Once this is completed, you can head straight through to the gaming floor, restaurant, and bar.
We also have free parking on-site. So if you are driving in, there is nothing extra to arrange in advance around parking.
Setting up an online account
Online registration is carried out through the official Grosvenor Casinos website. This profile is not locked to Grosvenor Casino Northampton as a single venue - it sits across our full digital platform. You are still dealing with the same brand, the same customer support operation, and the same compliance standards that operate at our physical casinos.
Typical online registration flow looks like this:
- Visit the official Grosvenor Casinos website and locate the registration or new player section.
- Click through to open the sign-up page.
- Fill in your personal information - full name, date of birth, your current address and contact details.
- Choose a username and create a secure password.
- Add your payment method details. Debit cards are the standard method for most players.
- Complete the identity verification step. Under UK regulation this must be in place before you deposit or start to play.
- Check your email inbox for a confirmation message and follow the link included there.
- Sign in to your new account, look over the settings, and then you can begin using the platform.
One practical piece of advice that applies to our brand and to the industry in general: keep your sign-up details exactly in line with what is printed on your ID. Even a small spelling difference or moved house number can slow down verification. That tends to happen when people rush through forms.
If anything holds you up during registration, contact us on [email protected]. That support address looks after questions about new account creation, verification checks, and access issues.
